Excellent guitar at a fair price!
10.06.2015
After a long search for a good concert guitar (budget ca EUR1000) I am now hang on the C 10 crossover. Why, be explained.

Various try-out attempts at local dealers have brought nothing because the selection was rather modest, and only a few could offer a guitar with a smaller saddle width. Since I played only Western, and occasionally electric guitar, I was very important. I come with the 52mm wide simply not good.
So I have now ordered at Thomann 3 different models:
Yamaha NTX 900, Cordoba Fusion Orchestra and Ortega RCE158 all with saddle width 48mm.
Ortega made a point at the beginning because the sound did not tell me, the Yamaha lost against the Cordoba because they do not sound better in my ears and around? 200.- more expensive. In addition, the E-string also sneaked considerably in unchecked condition. So they both went back to the sender.
I've been looking for something else, and found the C10.
Although this has not incorporated a customer, this leaves open a choice for free choice; Therefore also with the features 5 stars.
Soundly (purely subjectively assessed) a revelation. Clear heights and mids,
Quite powerful in the bass. Despite high tension Savarez stringing easy to play, very good, clean workmanship, and mine even has a "bear claw" cover. By going massive woods - is probably more for your own mind ;-) - because also some plywood Git's sound good. Very noble look without much "bling bling". In short, I am very satisfied with this guitar and give it no more ;-). Also, I do not need to hide with my C 10 in front of a twice as expensive Taylor of a friend. The two sound different but not better or worse.

My conclusion:

Sound - rather a bit harder, very detailed and powerful (strings?)

Playability - unique because of the 48mm saddle width -> Western guitar

Processing - nothing to complain about

Equipment - without customer, for free choice, with Mic anyway best,
Massive woods, already very good Savarez strings on the factory side. Solely,
I would like to have some better mechanics, but the man can later exchange times.

Appearance - without much Schnick-Schnack but very noble.

Recommendation - absolutely test yourself and form a judgment ....

What a pleasure
03.02.2016
It is now four months that I use this guitar and I use it at least one hour a day.
The balance sheet:
- its sound quality fills me, and I imagine that a child - I am no longer one - learning to play with it would inevitably become a good guitarist. What a misfortune, however, that the instruments "for beginners" too often have material defects and sounds to disentangle you from the music.

In use, I find the handle easy and pleasant, short comfortable. The notes sound always just, he forgives the inaccuracies.

Three other points particularly satisfy me:

- the trussrod in the handle ensures a longevity that does not possess most other classic guitars and allows the use of strings with strong tie.

- the guitar is very light 1.6 kg and handy and is forgotten.

- the varnish is of an amazing resistant to abrasion. After four months of daily use and without any special precautions on my part, it presents "absolutely" none of its micro concentric scratches visible in grazing light that is found on many guitars after a few weeks of use. I think of my other guitar, a Martin D-28, which I do not use without checking that the clothes that I wear have no zipper or metal buttons in contact with his back.
The price is obviously a little high, but brought back to that of a medium range camera that comes out of the wardrobe the time of the holidays and the pleasure and frequency of use compared, there is no photo, If you can. ABSOLUTELY no regrets.
A nice word to Thomann employees for the quality of their work and the company for its good commercial spirit!
