Really nice soft inside which doesn't scratch the piano. A nice feature is that it's foldable, which I at first thought would cause it to be less protective, but when fully mounted it is firm and steady. Protects my Nord Stage 2EX nicely!

Brilliant case for your Nord keyboard

Let's face it, Nord keyboards are Heavy and Expensive, and the soft case does the job of both protecting your precious unit while making it easy to lug your keyboard around.

I have the Nord Stage 88, which of course fits perfectly inside. The inside is nice and plush, but the exterior is still rigid enough to give the keyboard the support it needs. The exterior pouch is quite roomy and big enough to hold my Nord piano music stand, power cable, two 1/4" signal cables, single sustain pedal, earplugs, and still has room to spare. I haven't yet brought the Nord triple pedal inside but I'm sure it will fit as well.

The best part of the case is the wheel unit! I must admit the first time I lugged this to practice I just carried it, forgetting about the wheels. But the second time I finally wised up, and my life got much easier! A note - the wheels don't roll right if you're holding it at too shallow of an angle, so there's a handy handle in the middle of the back just for this purpose, to hold it at the right angle.

The soft case doesn't add too much extra weight (unlike the hard case), and also fits better in my car (again unlike the hard case).

You won't be disappointed.

Estuche suave pero con protección apropiada

Cuando lo recibí venía doblado a la mitad y me pregunté como era que en las fotos lucia como un estuche rígido. El secreto es un ingenioso sistema de paneles acojinadas. Estos paneles vienen también doblados, lo único que requiere es colocarlos alrededor del marco del estuche y lo convierte en un estuche semi rígido. El interior está tapizado en un suave material para evitar que el teclado se raye. El bolsillo de al frente tiene suficiente espacio para acomodar el atril Nord, pedales y líneas. Tiene convenientes mangos para agarrar y el sistema de ruedas se ve sólido. El material aparenta ser de muy buena calidad. Cabe señalar que es un estuche más pesado de lo que creí ( comparto con otros escuches suaves) pero por supuesto mucho más liviano que los estuches rígidos. Aparentemente es capaz de proteger de golpes casuales, no así de una caída o un golpe fuerte.

When comparing this to the regular Nord softcases... this thing is on another level. The thicker padding, the bigger compartment, rollers, the supported bottom - it's all so much better. It's a bit pricy and its quite heavy - loading it into a car with a Nord Piano inside might require an extra bit of effort. If you plan on extended touring/gigging - you might want to consider a hardcase and separate bag for the Nord stand/legs and accessories though.
