If you use cheap batteries that don't last long in general, the bodypack will eat them up in half an hour! Get some quality (Eneloop!) batteries and save yourself a lot of grief. The unit works flawlessly, the signal is clear with very good reproduction. A bit of compression seems to be going on, but tonewise things remain the same. Works great with guitar and saxophone, gets rid of all your cable-tied worries.
