This is an excellent book which goes through all the important aspects of playing fretless bass. It the beginning, one can find the basics of fretless bass, after that there is a section with the basic scales (ionian to locrian). After completing the basics you will be forced to get your fretless chops to the next level by practising all the fretless exclusive techniques like vibrato and sliding harmonics. Finally in the last chapters you will find a variety of playing styles to practice from rock to jazz fusion and beyond. All and all it is a great book, but keep in mind that you need to have a certain level of proficiency at playing bass before you try to tackle this bad boy. I highly recommend buying it if you are ready to commit on studying this amazing melodic instrument that is called fretless bass.

PS: You will need at least a 5 string Bass for this book

Empieza con ejercicios simples, para empezar a acostumbrarte al fretless ( y en mi caso, a la 5ª cuerda) y mejorar la precisión. Repasas escalas, intervalos y incluso los modos gregorianos. Poco a poco se va complicando más y más. Y a lo último, ya son ejemplos de diferentes estilos de música fusión y dos masterpieces, si no lo recuerdo mal.

Texto y nomenclatura en inglés.
Los ejercicios y canciones están escritas tanto en Pentagrama, como Tab. Adaptado para bajos de 5 cuerdas.
Además incluye un enlace para descargar los audios de los ejercicios y canciones.
En el libro hay poca explicación. Lo justo y necesario.

Si ya has tocado un bajo antes y tienes cierto nivel, es un libro muy recomendable.
