Great Light for the price.

Great profile light with smooth dimming and manual zoom and focus. We use them in theatre to light the wings with a blue gel in and they work great for this job but would also work well as beam FX with the supplied Gobos.
The only problem I have is that they have a fan that sucks in all the dust and it needs a clean every now and then.

Great spot/profile

Very good quality, strong light intensity, looks great and gives you a professional touch on your live music setting.
I play solo (sat at the piano and singing) so I can have it quite close to me (about 2 meters).
If you need a larger beam, you may need to get the spot further away. As I say, with 2 m distance with the larger possible focused beam angle at that distance, it is just enough to cover me and the 88 keys keyboard. If you play guitar standing up, you may need the spot further away to entirely light you.
In summary the short throw doesn't give you a massive beam, but all depends on what you do as the quality of the ikon profile is great.

Firstly we bought two of these spots to try out if they fit our application- small theatre. We where impressed with the quality and price so we ordered two more. The light is powerful and build quality is good, the only downside is that the fan is a bit to the louder side, but not a huge issue.

Lightweight, bright and easy to use

I use this as a gobo projector for weddings and logos.
The unit is very compact, has great light output, and is extremely easy to use. It is also very simple to change out different gobos and adjust using zoom and focus etc.

Great product.
