Hallo an ALLE !
Wir haben am 11.01.2018 für unsere Tochter eine Flöte Thomann FL-100 gekauft, aber leider müssen wir die Flöte immer wieder zur Reparatur abschicken:
Erstes Mal am 29.06.2018 - ein defektes Teil der Flöte, einfach zerbrochen und von meinen Händen nach unten gefallen, die Flöte wurde repariert und Thomann hat bestätigt, dass es ein Produktions-fehler war.
Zweites Mal am 10.08.2018 - ein Problem mit der F- Klappe, die Flöte wurde bei Thomann wieder repariert.
Drittes Mal am 05.11.2018 - ein Problem mit der A- Klappe, die Flöte wurde bei Thomann wieder repariert.
Viertes Mal ist jetzt - ein Problem mit D1 und D2 Klappen.

Es ist doch sehr ärgerlich, wenn das Kind wegen der Klappen -Probleme nicht spielen kann - das ist keine "Wartungs- und Justierarbeit".
Diese Flöte wurde immer sehr gut gepflegt.
Wegen dieser „Non Stop“- Reparatur konnte meine 9-Jährige Tochter lange Zeit und kann jetzt wieder nicht üben und den Musikunterricht besuchen, den ich aber trotzdem bezahlen musste.
Insgesamt habe ich schon mehr als 100 EURO verloren, weil einmal Musikunterricht 17,56 EURO kostet.
Ich möchte nicht mehr bei Thomann einkaufen.
