To find all the available information about a product, we recommend the following steps:
Step One: Thomann Cyberstore
Most information can be found on the 250.000 pages of our Thomann Cyberstore. Please use our search engine or browse through our online catalogue to find the products you´re interested in.
Step Two: Help from the Thomann Cyberteam
If you can´t find the information you need in our Cyberstore, we really take that personally! Just send us an email to international@thomann.de and we´ll try to find the information on the internet or through our suppliers immediately.
Step Three: The mother of all link lists
One of the best ways to stay up-to-date with the newest gear is to take a look at manufacturers´ homepages yourself. For this purpose, our ´mother of all link lists´ is perfect as it contains over 1000 links from manufacturers from all over the world.
Step Four: Brochures via snail mail
To be honest with you looking at the huge sales we make it´s somehow ridiculous how few brochures we get. In many cases they are only available in the German language. We are happy to send you all the brochures and catalogues we have for the products you are interested in. Just send us an email to the relevant department and we´ll take care about your info package as soon as possible. Please don´t forget to mention your phone number because in many cases, we have to get back to you with questions if your request is not clear enough.
Please do also specify your request as well as possible. Requests like ´Please send me brochures about drums´ can´t be fulfilled because there is simply too much information available.
