These brushes are great if looking to play jazz or quieter gigs as they have a nice feel + are telescopic with plastic handles so can be stored away easy in a drumstick bag. The main advantage however is that the brushes are made of nylon and if hit against the snare drum hoop they don't bend and lose shape which can happen when using wire brushes....

Brushes and V Drums

I had hoped to use these brushes on Roland V Drum mesh heads. The sound is minimal and not acceptable. The problem may not be the brushes but with the V Drum mesh heads not being as responsive as it is claimed.
