I got this to replace the stock black plastic plate on my Epiphone Explorer. This adds a touch of class and seems well made. Was slightly curved but flattened out after I screwed it in. Very classy plate.

Authentizität hin oder her, die Plastikhalterung für die Klinkenbuchse bei einer Les Paul (Custom Shop Historics, neue Standard-Serie, etc.) ist einfach eine Schwachstelle. Mithilfe dieser Metall-Halterung läßt sich leicht Abhilfe schaffen und das Vertrauen gewinnen, daß ein versehentlicher Tritt auf das Gitarrenkabel nicht zu größeren Zerstörungen führt.
Das Teil paßt perfekt, und wer wirklich nicht auf die Original-Optik verzichten möchte, montiert einfach das Plastikplättchen über die Metallabdeckung. Etwas längere Schrauben sollte man dafür jedoch verwenden, sonst wackelt's.

Fait le job en remplacement sur une Gibson LP. Petit bémol, la courbure est un peu light et donc n'épouse pas parfaitement le corps... rien de méchant, mais pour un perfectionniste ça peut crisper.
