Great responsivity with TD-30 sound module. It is like a real hats! I am not recomended using for TD-20 (I have both), because new mechanism open/close not fully working with TD-20. Enjoy!!!

Bought this for my TD-30 Module and it is excellent, picks up all the little ghost notes
rudiments and barks. It is less loud acoustically than the VH-12 high hat and it feels better using sticks and that statement stands even when using various modules- TD-20 or TD-15 Module I've tested it on those. Personally, a great investment, love the finish and the sensor is definitely better than the VH-12, check out on youtube too. It feels more sensitive and the triggers are definitely an improved feature that I would not do without at home for noise level/realism factors.
Naturally for live or performance work I would prefer using Zildjan Gen 16's or my Paiste/Sabian/Zildjan Acoustic cymbals because e-cymbals are still a bit weak on sounds for my personal taste in those settings. However, I like this Hi -hat a lot given it practical application to various musical settings. I recommend it.
