It is a great jack but the release button is not very comfortable due to its small size. It is also quite hard to press. Although it has been used by Gibson on their Les Paul Standard model, I don't think it's a good jack to use on a guitar, mainly for the reasons mentioned above. Of course, the quality of manufacturing is superb. What else would you expect from Neutrik? I haven't seen a Neutrik product that I was not satisfied with. If you need a locking jack for use in a speaker cabinet or an amplifier, this is an excellent choice.
