Being one of the leading music stores in Europe, we buy our products exclusively as an authorised dealer from official distributors. We sell brand-new products in original packaging including English manuals (if available). With software, please check that you have chosen the order code for an English version.
We clearly indicate second-hand products, B-stock and OEM-versions in order to avoid confusion with regular offers.
Our prices are lower than anywhere else in the most cases, however, the products are the same - we guarantee that!
Before buying at a different dealer you definitely should make sure that this is an authorised dealer of the respective manufacturer and that the offer is for a brand-new unit (neither B-stock nor products from trade fairs etc.).
