Who do I contact for praise, criticism or feedback?

We can all make use of positive feedback :-) and constructive criticism is important for us to improve our service standards in order to provide you with even better service quality in the future.  
 
We are pleased to be informed personally when you you believe you have been treated especially well.  
This helps us to remember that the extremely long hours spent here at work are not wasted. :-) 
On the other hand we´d be more than happy to hear from you about what else we can do in order to satisfy all your needs.  
 
Please mail praise, feedback and any kind of comments to international@thomann.de. 
 
If you have a problem with an order or an employee of Thomann or you feel you have not been treated satisfactory, just send an email directly to hans@thomann.de (Hans Thomann). Our managing director, Hans Thomann, personally reads every mail which is addressed to him. He may sometimes not be able to answer personally every mail, but you can be sure to be heard and that everything will be done to take care it´s dealt with better in the future.
