Normally, orders at our Cyberstore will be handled and confirmed within hours, so that we can guarantee the same processing speed for internet-orders as for orders by phone.
In many cases internet-orders that take place after closing time can even be handled immediately and be shipped already before the opening of the store the next day.
For extremely urgent or important orders we suggest you give us a call.
In any case, after your order has been processed you´ll receive a confirmation of your order including all positions as well as the email address and number of your contact department.
