What can I do if I do not like the delivered goods?

At Thomann you are granted a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all products in our range (except custom made products (eg. cases), perishable products (eg. strings, drum sticks, cymbals), items which come into bodily contact (eg. reeds, mouth harmonicas, ear pieces etc). Software must be sealed and in its original, unopened packaging before return).  
Within this period of time you can return the products. We will then credit the price of the product to your customer account for future purchases or book the money to your credit card /PayPal account or bank account.  
 
If you are not happy with the product and you would like to make use of our money-back guarantee please contact our customer support email: sc.cc@thomann.de, phone: +49-9546-9223-476, fax: +49-9546-9223-8399. We will then inform you about the formalities of the return. 
 
Please always enclose the yellow return-note with the parcel, so that we can transfer the refund as soon as possible. 
If you do not have this form, please enclose a letter stating: customer name, product, reason for return, how to proceed.
