Nach der Lieferung war ich etwas enttäuscht, den im gelieferten Handbuch fehlten einige Seiten die Orchestra scherbelte.
Also kontaktierte ich Thomann und diese wiederum gaben meine gelieferten Angaben weiter an Seydel.
Diese waren für meine Reklamation dankbar, weil dies kein Einzelfall war. So wurde dann der Schaden schnell durch Seydel direkt geregelt.
Herzlichen Dank auch an Thomann für die schnelle Bearbeitung.
