Excellent quality audio wise, but I don't like the molded jack sheet

Audio wise the cable is top notch. Well insulated, no extra resistance which translates into clear sound that doesn't suck your tone - of course, being only a 1,5m cable helps this a lot.

My personal gripe is with the solid molded jack cover that hides within the soldering job. When and if the cable breaks, you don't fix it into "as was" state unlike the cover that is held together by screwed-on jack. In heavy duty use this is a definite minus. In fairly static application with not much happening around the jack end this is much less of a problem. Let's just say I wouldn't gig with this cable as a guitarist or bassist, if the cable connected my instrument and pedal board and / or amp. The risk of breaking would be too much with this kind of technical solution.

Fat and sturdy

Quality from Planet Waves as usual - the cable remains in tact even after stepping on it way too many times and running over it with my chair - although, it's fatness comes in handy here (as it really prevents your chair from going "over" it).

An important note for all interested in this item. If your guitar/bass has an input jack on the bottom (all Les Paul guitars, for example), this cable will do wonders and will pose no issues whatsoever.
However, if your input jack is right below the bridge, you might (and most likely will) find it kinda hard to "get in" (if you know what I mean...) - in all seriousness, the "fatness" of the cable can be a bit unnerving as you really have to push it in order to get in the slot. Once you do get it in, however, you feel safe that the cable won't randomly detach itself and it takes quite a bit of force to take it out.

For example, this cable fits perfectly in my ESP EC-1000, however, I REALLY have to push it to fit in my Ibanez S470.

Regarding the sound quality, absolutely amazing. No signal loss after "shaking" or "twisting" it, nothing of the sorts that some cheap or super old cables might give you. It is well worth the money spent.

I use a couple of these to send the signal to my monitors so they're just plugged in there, I don't mess with them or something. I'm very satisfied with the choice I made at that moment. I've had them for a few years, no problems so far.

I bought a pair of this cables to connect my audio interface with studio monitors through a balanced input.
They are very well build, feel very durable, absolutely zero noise or any interference - 5/5.
