A handy stand to have a around in the studio

This stand is perfect for miking guitar amps or the bottom of a snare drum. It's small size makes this fit into very crowded spaces.

Unfortunately, the base does not have enough weight to hold up any heavier mics, especially at any tilted angle.

This stand features the good K&M build quality that we have come to expect; screws and joints are nice and sturdy.

Great Stand

Wonderful and handy piece of equipment. Bought this type of stand since it is not tripod and hence takes less space. Discreet and doesn't pop out on stage visually. Used it to mic both Bass Drums and guitar amps to great effect. Feels good and is strudy. Base keeps it very steady and doesn't topple over. A bit on the heavy side if you're a soloist handling gear by yourself and need to do few trips due to the base being a chunky piece of metal.

This is a great stand for most any application. I am using it on cabs and drums at the moment. Take up way less space than a regular stand and the weighted base ensures it stays where you want it to!!! Great price would definitely buy again.

Too light for large condensers

This one is definitely intended to be used with ribbon, instrument or a small diaphragm mics, where it does the job well. Fairly simple and not too expensive.
