Good for your indie film

Although this microphone is mainly for conferences, concerts with vocalists and so on, this a actually a pretty good bet if you intent on using it on a film set.

The very long cable (7,6 m/3 in) allows to avoid using (most of the time) another XLR cable to reach your recorder (the only hassle is to wind it (⊙＿⊙') ), and is easy to hide due to its small diameter. The pretty tiny size of it, in conjunction with the holder make it easy to conceal it near a fixed object or suspend it. Especially useful in a car to get a backup (with a bit of tape to hold the cable).

Sound is quite clear a moderate distance, and really usable for dialogues with little effort when you place it correctly.

Personally, it's always with me when I go on a film set or for an interview.

I was amazed by the quality of this product. Sounds verry good.
I did a comparison with al DPA 2011 and there was not much diffenence.

Trés discret

Ce micro destiné à la suspension est vraiment discret et sait ce faire oublier. J'en ai installé deux suspendu au cadre d'une petite scène de 6m x 4m pour de la reprise de comédiens amateurs. l'ensemble est plutôt satisfaisant même si il existe une sensibilité accrue aux larsen. Il faut absolument prévoir un équalizeur graphique 31bandes en insert pour y remédier. Il existe également un autre point faible à mon avis, c'est le procédé de suspension qui ne se fait que par le propre câble (non débranchable sur le micro). Du coup ce câble à tendance à tourner et l'orientation précise du micro pro45 est un peu compliquée et nécessite du temps d'installation.

Pasa muy bien desapercibido, a penas se nota, es muy compacto y su cable tan largo esta muy bien así no tienes que andar empalmando cables etc. tiene un buen radio para la captación y para los coros y obras de teatro esta genial.
