Awesome and safe

I was a little bit sceptical of these at first since the price is really low, but i thought what the hell and got a set. I had to test them out before just going nuts and using them live, and man do they do the job. I have them on a fairly expensive guitar, but you can use these no problem, they will sure as hell keep your guitar safe

strong and well-made strap lock system

There's not much to say about this system. It does the job and that's about it. When that is said, I must say that the prize is very good and is the main reason for buying gear on Thomann!

Nothing fancy, solid System

As I needed a new set of security locks, I bought these Warwick as they where cheaper than the Schaller, but as far as I can tell are compatible. The old ones had a few bad reviews as they used a different locking system, that sometimes wouldn't close, the new ones are exactly like the Schaller locks and so I'm confident enough to trust them.

The installation works exactly like the ones from Schaller, with the same, usual problem that it can get a bit tricky with a thick strap. But besides that, everything works fine and I don't see any negative point to use them.

The only problem I had, where that the existing hole in my Bass was to big, so I needed some other screws, or close the hole up before using them. But that is not the fault of the strap lock manufacturer.

If you need some new Security Locks or if you buy your first one, I don't see any reason to buy other ones if you just start to use a System and need to decide which one you want to use.

Scaller Compatible

a few years ago I bought 3 Scaller Security locks for my guitars and basses, and I really like them, very easy to use and last longing, but those Scaller now cost triple mora than that time... and I bought this one because its a lot cheaper (same price as the Scallers 4 years ago) and the are Virtually identical.

I was't sure before I got them but side by side is not much diference, so I'm really happy with them.

the quality I would say is the same as the Scallers, but I'm no 100% sure cuz I don't know if it was bad luck but 1 of the locks is a little bit stuck, is a little bit harder to function, the other one is perfect.

probably the quality control is not that meticulous but everything is working. with a bit of oil might get better?
