These pickups are amazing.

Very easy to install them into the guitar, that was the first time when I tried something like this, and it took 1,5 hours.
The plug in parts just so handy and confortable, exspecially with the attached diagram for the wiring.

The sound of the guitar has changed completly. I can feel every single note clearly, and it gives a massive tone and full of body in every level, exspecially in the mid range. Playing rithm or solos, not a bother. I can also use the guitar for another style of music, like blues, rock&roll, heavy metal...ect.

They're in an Llt Ec-50, which is not a great guitar, but since I have these set, I really like it, and I'm just going to buy another set into my another guitar.

I had passive pickups originally, and I was worring about the noise, what everyone saying about the active sets.
I still don't know what the others talking about, 'cause there is no noise at all with the het set.

The bridge pickup has a mid frequency that just punches like Tyson on a driven amp. Clean it sounds almost Strat like with a load more output. Really defined, really clear. It won't forgive sloppy playing either.
The neck pickup sounds very fat, nearly muddy. But with a good bit of middle dialled in and the bass lowered, it makes for a really nice lead sound. Not over enamoured with it on the clean sound of my amp though.
Delivery was really quick. Ordered on Friday, bank holiday weekend, got here Wednesday morning. So in effect, 2/3 working days.
Top class service. Great product.

Great pickups with great instructions on how to install them

If you want to nail the JH / Metallica sound without buying one of his signature ESP guitars, this is the way. I put these into a Harley Benton EX-84 vintage white, and I love it.

They are quite high output, and grain-y. But please dont take it from me, there are demos on youtube.

Installation was easy, its all click and play pickup wise. I would reccomend you also purchase the EMG pickup switch, to avoid soldering if you don't want to or do not have the equipment. I soldered and it works great.

Would reccomend! Can't go wrong with these.
