Modern studio, recording, and synthesiser technology requires an increasing amount of service and expert knowledge as well a clear overview of all products available.
Even the best allrounders lose track at some point. That's why we've spent the past few years building a team of dedicated specialists (a total of 13 team members) for any kind of recording application and we have also subdivided our department accordingly.
Among other things, our studio section comprises three fully-equipped recording studios and separate areas for synthesisers, master keyboards, standalone recorders, groove boxes, software, and sample CDs.
We know that our professional customers cannot afford down time during important productions. That's why we hold a large stock of back-up units, which we supply as quickly as possible in case a unit fails, but even under normal conditions, it can always happen that a customer needs advice from a expert. That's why the most important products are permanently connected and fully usable in our demo rooms and our three recording studios. Our team has access to virtually anything from small MIDI tools to large digital consoles. Our team members are equipped with portable phones and laptop computers, so they can assist you over the phone using the very unit as they speak.
